Every day at 11:00 and 14:00, the story of the samurai executed in 1698, told with puppets.

Residence-museum devoted to traditional puppet theatre, an Important Intangible Cultural Property designated by the State (‘阿波人形浄瑠璃’). The site recreates the house of the village official Bandō Jūrōbē, whose true story from 1698 inspired the famous play.
