The tallest building in the prefecture (213 m), shaped like a harmonica: a terrace on the 45th floor.

The Act City tower is 213 metres tall with 45 floors and is the tallest building in Shizuoka Prefecture. Built in 1994, it houses the Okura Act City Hamamatsu hotel on its top seventeen floors; the terrace of the observation corridor is 185 metres above the ground.
