Shasui Falls 洒水の滝

It falls in three drops, 69+16+29 metres: a monk trained here for a hundred days in the thirteenth century.

It lies on the Takisawa stream, a tributary of the Sakawa River, in the small town of Yamakita. It is listed among the Hundred Waterfalls of Japan (日本の滝百選) and the Hundred Famous Waters (名水百選).
