The second of the five facilities with the life-size panel of the characters, installed by the town in 2025. It is also the hall that hosted the first real exhibition devoted to Shiina Karuho in Hokkaidō, with reproductions of the original manga pages, drawings from the anime and sketches.
It is also one of the twenty public facilities in the town where the municipality has placed all 30 volumes of the manga. Address 南6条2丁目.
