Hakutsuru Shuzo Museum — Kobe 白鶴酒造資料館

Founded in 1743, it is the largest of the Nada breweries: free admission and tasting.

A company museum in the Sumiyoshi-Minami neighbourhood, Higashinada-ku, telling the story of the Hakutsuru brewery and the traditional technique of making Nada sake.
