Hobson's Nishi-Azabu (ホブソンズ西麻布店) ホブソンズ 西麻布店
The ice-cream parlour in episode 10, on the route the group takes on the way to the bowling alley: they pass the 86番ルカズキッチン, go by the Nishi-Azabu Seven-Eleven (with its sign and street number copied) and the 西麻布ビル, then see the girls from Kikyō High School from the 霞町テラス, right in front of Hobson's. A little further on, at the SMBC 麻布出張所 branch, Shōhei boasts that he is good at surprises and gets teased. The vintage Hobson's sign is what makes the corner recognisable; the 西麻布交差点, 75 m to the north, is the last real-life shot of the opening sequence, looking towards Aoyama Cemetery.
It is the first Hobson's opened in Japan, in October 1985. Address: Nishi-Azabu 4-1-1; Kōgai Park, on the map for the same series, is about 310 m away.
