Shōfuku-ji Jizōdō 正福寺地蔵堂

The only wooden National Treasure building in Tokyo: you can go inside only three days a year.

The building first received National Treasure designation in 1929, under the old protection law; in 1952, under the current law, it received it again. The temple is 10–15 minutes on foot from Higashimurayama Station.
