Twenty-eight LED manhole covers (the first of this kind in Japan) installed by the Tokorozawa water service together with KADOKAWA on 1 August 2020, along the pavement that leads from Higashi-Tokorozawa Station to Tokorozawa Sakura Town. They illustrate 27 KADOKAWA series. Permanent installation.
