Meijiya Soy Sauce 明治屋醤油

A soy sauce factory since 1875, a Registered Tangible Cultural Property since 2016: tours for 275 yen.

The Meijiya soy sauce factory was founded in 1875 in Komatsu, in what is now Hamana-ku. Its three wooden buildings (factory, shop and annexe) were registered as national cultural properties in 2016.
