Morito Daimyōjin (森戸神社) 森戸神社

The red torii stands on a rock seven hundred metres from the shore.

The main shrine of Hayama, founded in 1150 when Minamoto no Yoritomo had a deity from Mishima Taisha transferred here. It stands on the headland that closes off Morito Beach to the south.
