In 1993 the cost of rebuilding the street matched Akafuku's annual turnover.

Oharaimachi is the historic street that leads from the Uji Bridge to the Naiku of Ise Jingū; Okage Yokocho is its central section, recreated in July 1993, the year of the shrine's 61st transfer ceremony.
