Dorogawa Onsen 洞川温泉

Its Gorogoro-mizu spring has been among Japan's 100 best waters since 1985.

Dorogawa, in the municipality of Tenkawa, has for centuries been the staging point for those climbing Mount Ōmine, one of the sacred mountains of Shugendō. The village is also known for the Gorogoro-mizu spring, selected in 1985 by the Japanese Ministry of the Environment as one of the hundred best waters in the country.
