Ōmiya Site — ambush on Sakamoto Ryōma (近江屋跡) 近江屋跡

One of the historic stops on the quiz trail of Class 3-E's school trip.

Memorial stele on Kawaramachi-dōri, at the spot where the Ōmiya shop stood and where Sakamoto Ryōma and Nakaoka Shintarō were attacked. Today the stone stands at the corner of a commercial building.
