Water park opened in 1967 with what was then the largest plastic dome in the world.

Water park and amusement park opened in July 1967 as the first large indoor facility in the area, with what was presented as the largest plastic dome in the world and the first indoor wave pool in East Asia. Today it covers almost 130 hectares of indoor and outdoor pools, slides and funfair rides, in the hills of Akiruno.
