Dōgashima Tombolo (堂ヶ島のトンボロ) 堂ヶ島・三四郎島トンボロ現象
At low tide a 30 m wide strip of sand emerges, reaching as far as Zōshima Island.
Dōgashima is a stretch of jagged coast of white tuff rocks and islets, in the municipality of Nishiizu, and is one of the most photographed viewpoints on the west coast of the Izu Peninsula, especially at sunset against the outline of Tago Island.
