Fukugiya — the soba-ya on the Bise avenue フクギ屋
The vegetable soba always arrives ‘mountain-high’: the place is at the entrance to the avenue.
Okinawa soba (沖縄そば) restaurant in a traditional Ryukyu house, in the village of Bise, on the Motobu Peninsula, at 備瀬388-3, where the fukugi avenue begins. It is one of the few places to eat in the village; the menu has three kinds of soba (about 800 yen each) and the speciality is the dish of stir-fried vegetables in a generous portion.
