The ‘Tōto Kōgyō Daigaku’ where Professor Shigemura teaches, and where Kirito bursts into his laboratory in ‘Ordinal Scale’: the campus is drawn exactly as it is, from the name plate on the main gate to the motorcycle parking just to the left of the entrance, where Kirito leaves his. In the film Yui places it in Setagaya, but the campus straddles Meguro and Ōta.
