The complex stands on the site of the former Yebisu brewery, in operation from 1890. On the 38th floor of the tower, the Sky Lounge, free and open every day from 11:00 to 23:30, looks out over Tokyo Tower and the Rainbow Bridge. On the second and fourth Sunday of the month the plaza hosts the YEBISU Marché, an organic produce market, and from November a large Baccarat chandelier becomes a symbol of winter in the city.
