It is the arcade of episode 21, chapter 77 of the manga, in the fifth volume, where the teachers meet on a day off. The same block also takes in the views used for the covers of the ‘Nichijō no Himekuri’ CDs, including the Bentendōri crossing, about a hundred metres away.
