A technical high school in Nishi-Tokyo; the nearest station is Seibu-Yagisawa. That in the fiction the school occupies a disused building fits with the fact that Nishi-Tokyo has no private high schools.
ℹ️ A working school: you look at it from outside, without going in or disturbing lessons.
