330 shops since June 2025: the largest outlet park in Japan by number of stores.
Opened in 2012, the outlet has grown in phases (175 shops at its first opening, 248 in 2014, 308 in 2018) up to the fourth expansion of 23 June 2025, which brought it to 330 shops: the highest number of any outlet park in Japan. The new wing adds a semi-outdoor terrace, a skatepark and an artificial lawn, as well as 6,300 parking spaces across the whole complex. It can be reached via the Aqua-Line in about 45 minutes from Tokyo, and is also designed as an outlet resort for those coming on a day trip from the capital.
The park is one of the largest in the Mitsui Outlet Park chain in the Kantō, developed on the Kisarazu side of Tokyo Bay after the opening of the Aqua-Line, which made the area reachable from Tokyo in under an hour.
ℹ️ General centre hours 10:00–20:00 (varying by season and by individual shop). Pets allowed in some shops, including in a bag or carried in your arms; dog run and children's play area.
