The largest of the seven sea caves: 3 m wide, 110 deep, in basalt.
Seven sea caves formed in columnar-jointed basalt by the waves of the Genkai Channel, a national natural monument. The largest measures 3 metres wide by 110 deep. A boat tour from Yobuko (about 2,000 yen adults, 1,000 children) enters the caves from the sea; on land, a coastal path overlooks them from above.
On the coast north of Karatsu, near Yobuko, not far from the already listed Niji no Matsubara.
