One of four parks in a 19.8-hectare complex at the tip of Toyosu.
The park is one of the four that make up, together with Toyosu Kōen and the two Rokuchōme Kōen, a single 19.8-hectare complex on reclaimed land at the tip of Toyosu. A footpath and cycle path goes round it in about 4.5 km, with views of the Rainbow Bridge, Odaiba and, on clear days, Fuji. Some stretches are still being laid out, and at weekends amateur anglers on the quays crowd the best viewpoints.
Linear park along the tip of Toyosu, between Harumi Bridge and Toyosu Bridge, with views over the canals and the Rainbow Bridge.

It is the background of the second season's opening sequence, in the shot with all the characters together, and of the area that recurs in the stage arc. Within the same few hundred metres, blogs identify other backgrounds from the opening: the steps near Sakura Square in Shin-Toyosu, the stretch under Harumi Bridge and the quay next to the Gas Science Museum.
