A small shrine in Ueno-chō, Hachiōji. It is the centre of the Hachiōji group of backgrounds, the series' third hub after Isesaki and the area around the studio in Uji.

In the anime it is the ‘Tenmangū’ that appears in episodes 1, 10 and 19: the grounds are reproduced very faithfully.
