It is the model for the Baratie, the floating restaurant where Sanji works: Eiichiro Oda worked here as a student, and several things that happened to him here ended up in the manga, including the soup thrown away by mistake, which becomes the scene in the eighth volume. Oda later gave the restaurant an original drawing of Sanji.
