teamLab Borderless reopens in Toranomon: 8:30–21:00, entry from 3,600 yen.

You go in without a map and without a set route: more than 70 light installations by the teamLab collective follow one another in connecting rooms, and different orders give different experiences. The ticket price changes day by day and is bought online for a time slot. In the middle of the day the rooms get very crowded; if you go in at opening time or in the evening, you find fewer people per room.

This is the Azabudai Hills venue, opened on 9 February 2024 on the basement floor of Garden Plaza B, after the first venue in Odaiba closed on 31 August 2022. The official address of the ticket office is in Toranomon, not Azabudai as some sources state: the street number most cited for the complex is that of the main tower, not of this entrance.

ℹ️ 8:30–21:00 (seasonal variations, with early closing at 17:00 or evening opening until 22:00, according to the month's calendar); closed on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month; last entry one hour before closing. Adult ticket from 3,600 yen online (+200 yen at the door), dynamic pricing according to the day.

🚉 Kamiyacho · 3 min walk
