More than a hundred shops on a street three metres wide and about three hundred long.
Just three metres wide and about three hundred long, the street runs from Kintetsu Nara Station, three minutes' walk away, to the Naramachi neighbourhood: on both sides are over a hundred shops, old and new.
The street, which takes its name from the Mochiidono-chō neighbourhood, links Kintetsu Nara Station to the historic Naramachi neighbourhood.
