The bus terminal at Shinjuku's south exit is one of the backgrounds of Taki's everyday life.

Shinjuku's south exit is the second ingredient of the opening sequence of the second cour of the first season: the station drawn is Tokorozawa, but the pedestrian crossings and the guardrails around it come from here. Another place from the series, the ‘Shinjuku Station Square’ in front of Studio Alta where Yuna holds the mini-concert in ‘Ordinal Scale’, was on the east side: the stage was dismantled at the end of 2016 with the redevelopment of the east exit and no longer exists.
Tokyo Revengers
This is where it all begins: Takemichi is pushed off the Chūō Line platform under the train, and from there the first leap in time starts. That platform is inside the station, about a hundred metres north of here.
