A branch of the gyoza chain founded in Chōfu in 2011, opened in Kawagoe on 27 November 2018 on Crea Mall, a few minutes' walk from Kawagoe and Hon-Kawagoe stations. The chain's name has nothing to do with the title of the comic: it comes from ‘hop, step, jump’, the idea that the name would bounce quickly from mouth to mouth. On 5 December 2024, five days before chapter 176 came out, 龍幸伸 came to eat here and left a hand-drawn shikishi, displayed just inside the entrance together with the kettle that appears in the scene.
ℹ️ Open 11:45–24:00, with no closing day. It is a restaurant: you go in to eat, and at peak times there is a wait.

In chapters 176 to 179 Ayase Seiko brings Payase and Kashimoto here to get them to tell her how to bring Momo back to her proper height: they eat the ‘究極の餃子定食’ on the second floor until a horde of kyonshi bursts in, with an ox-headed demon behind them, and the restaurant becomes a battlefield. The exterior and the layout of the second floor are the real ones, and the restaurant has kept the marks of the scene: hoofprints that start from the street, cross the ground floor and climb the stairs (and, on one step in the middle, the mark of one of Seiko's stiletto heels), ofuda on the pillars, craters painted on the wall and floor, the air conditioner put back in place with a sign begging people not to use it as a weapon again, and the dented kettle next to the shikishi.
