238 m, 54 floors: 17 years of negotiations with 400 owners before it opened in April 2003.
The complex brings together offices, shops, homes, the Mori Art Museum and a hotel in the same block, with the Mori Tower designed by the Kohn Pedersen Fox practice. At the entrance, Louise Bourgeois's bronze spider Maman, one of the six casts in existence, wears anti-seismic shoes designed for the site. The Tokyo City View observation deck occupies the 52nd floor and is open until 22:00.
The marker is placed on the Arena; the observation deck is at the top of the Mori Tower, 150 m further north. The Azabu tunnel, on the map for ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’, runs below the complex, about 250 m away.
ℹ️ The observation deck charges for entry and has its own opening hours.

The night-time views of Tokyo from above that punctuate ‘Ordinal Scale’, epilogue included, are the panorama from the Tokyo City View observation deck at the top of the Mori Tower: the position of Tokyo Tower and of the streets matches, although the drawn viewpoint seems a little higher than the deck. Roppongi Hills Arena, the circular plaza at the base, appears instead in the sequence in which Kirito looks for the ghost.
