a free view of the Shibuya crossing, no booking needed, from the 11th floor
On the 11th floor, near the Theatre Orb, a glazed space gives a free view of the Shibuya crossing with no booking needed, less crowded than the nearby paid SHIBUYA SKY. In its own FAQ the operator denies having a declared viewpoint, but the space exists, documented by years of independent reviews, with hours that the official site does not confirm.

One of the focal points of the Shibuya Incident: the station entrance on the basement floors is where Gojō is, and it is there that Yūji, Megumi and Junpei meet up. The central void running down from the third to the fifth basement level appears in the thirty-second episode, when Gojō goes down through it.
