The entrance to the Restaurant Avenue is where the Zen'in clan, led by Naobito, gathers during the Shibuya Incident (episode 31). Within a few hundred metres are other backgrounds from the same arc, without markers of their own: the roof of the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel, where Ogami and Awasaka fight; the Fukutoshin Line platform on level B5 of the station, where Hanami seals off the concourse; the new south exit; Tarō Okamoto's mural ‘The Myth of Tomorrow’ in the station passageway; and the Miyashita pedestrian bridge over Meiji Avenue.
