The tallest building in the prefecture (213 m), shaped like a harmonica: a terrace on the 45th floor.
The panoramic corridor runs round the 45th floor of the Act City tower, at 213 metres the tallest building in Shizuoka Prefecture: since 1994 the tower has also housed the Okura hotel on its top seventeen floors. The outline of the building recalls a harmonica, in tribute to Hamamatsu's musical instrument makers: Yamaha, Roland, Kawai and Tokai. A wedding in the chapel on that floor can close the south side of the corridor for a while.
